Thursday morning, I had the pleasure of attending a breakfast to thank 12
McAuley students who assist our early years students with reading. The
McAuley students come each week before school to read or even practice
sight words with our students. They do a fabulous job and we are extremely
grateful for their commitment to assist us. Thanks also to Mrs Deidre Young
and McAuley College who assist with transport each week taking these
students back to the college from St Mary’s. Parents of our students who
participated in the reading before school kindly donated food for breakfast,
thanks for your yummy treats!
